Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Information

This website is operated by Workflow Consulting LLC, doing business as (DBA) Sewtaku, based in Florida, United States.

Throughout this website, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Sewtaku. The terms "you" and "your" refer to customers and visitors using our website.

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable store policies.

We reserve the right to refuse service, reject orders, or restrict access to our website when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

2. Handmade and Made-to-Order Products

Sewtaku specializes in embroidered apparel and accessories, including sweatshirts, T-shirts, and other handmade products.

Most products are individually embroidered and prepared after an order is placed.

By purchasing from Sewtaku, you acknowledge that:

• Products are made to order unless otherwise stated.

• Embroidery placement, thread appearance, and stitching may have minor variations.

• Product colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

• Garment sizing and fit may vary slightly according to manufacturer specifications.

• Minor variations inherent to embroidery and garment manufacturing do not automatically constitute defects.

We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately through descriptions and photographs.

3. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters production.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for reasons including:

• Suspected fraudulent transactions

• Incorrect pricing or listing errors

• Product or material unavailability

• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

• Designs or personalization requests that violate intellectual property laws

• Requests that cannot reasonably be fulfilled

If Sewtaku cancels an order that has already been paid for, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled items.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and product information without prior notice. Any changes affecting an existing order will be communicated to the customer as appropriate.

4. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after payment is received.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded for a change of mind.

Requests to cancel or modify an order before production begins may be considered but are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are correct before checkout, including:

• Selected garment size

• Garment color

• Design selection

• Personalization details

• Shipping address

Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final, except in cases of qualifying production defects or where otherwise required by law.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, Sewtaku does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

• Incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer

• Changes of mind

• Personal preferences

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper garment care

• Accidental damage after delivery

• Customer misuse or alteration

• Minor variations inherent to embroidered products

Refunds or replacements may be considered if an item has significant damage or a manufacturing defect directly attributable to Sewtaku.

Customers must report qualifying defects within 7 days of confirmed delivery, including their order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will review each claim individually.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed and shipped according to the estimated production and shipping times displayed on our website.

Because items are made to order, production times may vary based on order volume, material availability, and seasonal demand.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.

Sewtaku is not responsible for carrier-caused delays, mishandling, or transit damage to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

If we are unable to ship within the promised time, we will provide any legally required notice, cancellation option, or refund.

7. Damage During Shipping or After Delivery

We carefully inspect and package our products before shipment.

Sewtaku is not responsible for damage directly caused by shipping carriers, mishandling during transportation, or external events beyond our reasonable control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier regarding transit-related damage and may contact us for available shipping documentation.

We are also not responsible for damage resulting from customer use, improper washing, excessive heat, bleach, snagging, cutting threads, or other forms of mishandling after delivery.

This limitation does not exclude liability for an underlying manufacturing defect or any rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Product Care and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for following the garment care instructions provided with their purchase or displayed on the product label.

To help preserve embroidered products, we generally recommend:

• Washing inside out

• Using cold water and a gentle cycle

• Avoiding bleach and harsh chemicals

• Air drying when possible

• Avoiding direct ironing over embroidered designs

Improper care may cause fading, shrinkage, damaged embroidery, or other garment deterioration.

Sewtaku is not liable for damage caused by failure to follow appropriate care instructions, except as required by law.

9. Personalized and Custom Orders

For products offering personalization, customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

This includes names, dates, initials, spelling, and other requested customization details.

Sewtaku is not responsible for mistakes resulting from information submitted incorrectly by the customer.

If Sewtaku makes a significant production error that differs from the confirmed order details, the customer may qualify for a replacement or refund.

We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that are unlawful, offensive, infringe intellectual property rights, or cannot reasonably be produced.

Customers submitting custom artwork or designs represent that they own the necessary rights or have permission to use the material for the requested purpose.

10. Intellectual Property

All original Sewtaku designs, original artwork, product photography, website content, branding, logos, and other original creative materials are owned by Workflow Consulting LLC, operating as Sewtaku, or used with appropriate permission.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, commercially exploited, or used without authorization, except as permitted by law.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of protected Sewtaku content may result in appropriate action.

Third-party trademarks, artwork, or other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website Accuracy and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that website information, product descriptions, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, occasional errors may occur.
